What to expect

Let’s chat Goals

Whether it is your first session with us or a returning session, we will always start with a conversation on what your target areas are for each session. We start each session by taking your starting measurements and pictures.

Treatment Time

Each treatment lasts about 1 hour, we start and end all of our services with a manual massage and wood therapy to activate your lymphatic system. The majority of the time is then used for the sculpting machines to do their magic. Please see the Our Services above for specific machines used per treatment.

You’re Snatched!

Before you leave, we will take your ending measurements and pictures, and schedule you for your next session! Our lymphatic system resets every 7 days so each treatment should be scheduled 3-5 days apart. You can expect to lose between 1-2 inches in the target area after each session.
