Pre Treatment Instructions

  • Hydration

    Stay hydrated, aim to drink 32 - 64 oz of water a few hours prior to treatment.

  • Limit Sun Exposure

    Limit sun-exposure and tanning beds a few days leading up to treatment days.

  • Shave the Treatment Area

    If you have thick hair in the treatment area, please shave the area otherwise treatment may not be possible.

  • Avoid Alcohol & Caffeine

    Alcohol & Caffeine dehydrate you and make you retain water, it is best to avoid these beverages 24 hours prior to treatment.

  • No Food 2 Hours Prior

    Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior to your treatment. Light snacks are okay.

  • Cleanliness

    Ensure treatment areas are clean and free frm oils and topicals.

  • Wear Comfortable Clothing

    It is best to wear loose and comfortable clothing you don’t mind sweating in.

  • Do your Part

    Please arrive 15 min early to fill out your in-take forms. Check that you received our address via your booking confirmation email. Eat a balanced diet and do daily exercise to maintain results.

    Avoid Saunas & Hot tubs for 24 hours.

    Avoid alcohol and caffeine 24 hours post treatment

  • Ice the Area

    If you experience bruising, swelling, or stiffness use ice packs over the area.

  • Massage the Area

    Massage the treatment area daily to avoid fat and liquids from becoming stagnant.

  • Don't Skip your next Session
