Booking Policy

• $25 non refundable deposit required to secure your appointment, charged at time of booking (credit/debit cards & PayPal accepted)
  

• The deposit will be applied towards your remaining balance
  

• Remaining balance must be paid in full at the end of each treatment / sessions
  

• The remaining balance, accepted forms of payment are cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, MasterCards, Visa, PayPal

Cancelation Policy

• All cancellations/rescheduling requires a 24-hour notice, please email bookings@chiselmechicago.com
  

• If you cancel without a 24 hour notice, your deposit will be forfeited
  

• Late arrivals of 15 minutes will result in an automatic cancellation

• No call & no shows without 24-hour notice will not be allowed to rebook
